On relocating in 2011 to Hampshire we reviewed our vision and values for the future and to help us focus on our strategy for continual growth and development. We identified 3 core values which are important to us and which we believe will see us achieve our goal to get it right, first time, every time.

Message from our MD, Andrew Bawden

We accept that when making an insurance claim, you will already have suffered a problem or even a life changing event. Taking our Core Values to the heart of everything we do means that our people will do all they can to make your claims journey as easy as possible.

By the very nature of insurance contracts not all claims can be paid, or the value we can pay may be reduced – if this happens to your claim we will explain why in clear & simple terms and refer you to the relevant clause in the policy but please do bear in mind that we handle your claim in line with the policy you purchased.
